How important is E-A-T in SEO?

Do you ever heard of term E-A-T in SEO? Now, what's that? yes, I asked myself the same question a few months ago when I heard of this. I google the term as soon as I heard E-A-T in SEO and how is this important to rank your website on the search engine result page (SERP). So, in very basic terms, E-A-T stands for Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness . If your website has good E-A-T. there are better chances that your website ranking improves. E-A-T is important for a website but most of the SEO experts won't accept it as a major ranking factor.
